We are looking for individuals who are licensed/certified by the state of Georgia and have industry experience. Our staff undergo a comprehensive criminal background check and are required to be HIPPA compliant.

To be considered for employment, applicants are required to provide us the following documents:

• Current Georgia License or Certification

• Medical Fitness Report

• Signed Confidentiality Statement

• Verifiable References

• Proof of PPD/TB Test (must have been taken within past 12 months)

• Proof of Current CPR and First Aid Certifications

• Proof of Work Eligibility

• State ID/ Drivers License & Social Security Card
